We are seeking a Senior Accountant for our Madurai location. This full-time position requires a maximum of 10 years of work experience in financial services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial statements while overseeing financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance. Qualifications and Skills

• Internal Controls (Mandatory skill) - Experience in developing and implementing effective internal control systems to enhance the financial integrity of the organization.

• Financial Reporting (Mandatory skill) - Proven proficiency in preparing comprehensive financial statements and reports to guide decision-making.
• Account Reconciliation - Skilled in reconciling general ledger accounts, ensuring all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies rectified.
• Tax Compliance - Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements to manage and prepare accurate tax filings.
• Month-End Close - Experience in managing and executing month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial representation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and presentation of financial statements in compliance with corporate guidelines and industry regulations.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal tax regulations by overseeing tax filing processes and submissions.
• Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure timely reporting.
