Job Overview
The position of Recovery Cum Development Officer is a junior-level, full-time opportunity located in Patancheru, Narsingi, and Serilingampalle. Ideal candidates will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the financial services industry, focusing on customer engagement, recovery activities, and business development initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in communication skills (Mandatory skill), enabling you to effectively interact with customers and team members to ensure clarity in all financial processes and recoveries.
- Experience in business development (Mandatory skill), driving growth by tapping into new customer segments and expanding service reach in allocated regions.
- Comprehensive marketing skills (Mandatory skill) for planning and executing promotional activities and campaigns to attract new customers and promote company offerings.
- Strong background in customer relationship management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through prompt resolution of issues and consistent engagement.
- Proficiency in target management, with a track record of achieving or surpassing assigned recovery and development goals within specified timelines.
- Computer literacy, enabling effective usage of CRM tools and digital platforms to manage client portfolios and track recovery processes.
- Capability to analyze market trends and customer feedback, recommending actionable strategies to enhance recovery rates and accelerate business growth.
- Organizational skills including time management and documentation, crucial for maintaining accurate records, scheduling follow-ups, and completing reports on recovery and development activities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute recovery processes by following up with customers for timely collection of dues while maintaining cordial relationships.
- Implement business development strategies to identify prospective clients and convert leads into active customers in assigned branches.
- Create and manage customer databases, ensuring that customer details and recovery status are up-to-date for quick referencing.
- Conduct field visits to engage customers, address concerns, resolve queries, and provide updates on financial products and services.
- Coordinate closely with branch teams and management, ensuring alignment between recovery initiatives and company targets.
- Promote financial products and services to increase customer base and retention rates, contributing to the company’s overall growth.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing recovery status, business development activities, and achieved targets.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines, ensuring transparent processes and safeguarding both company and customer interests.
