Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute recovery processes by following up with customers for timely collection of dues while maintaining cordial relationships.
• Implement business development strategies to identify prospective clients and convert leads into active customers in assigned branches.
• Create and manage customer databases, ensuring that customer details and recovery status are up-to-date for quick referencing.
• Conduct field visits to engage customers, address concerns, resolve queries, and provide updates on financial products and services.
• Coordinate closely with branch teams and management, ensuring alignment between recovery initiatives and company targets.
• Promote financial products and services to increase customer base and retention rates, contributing to the company’s overall growth.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing recovery status, business development activities, and achieved targets.
