Job Overview
As a Recovery Cum Development Officer at Margadarsi Chit Fund Private Limited, you will play an integral role in supporting business growth by managing field collections and fostering the development of new business opportunities. This is a junior-level, full-time position based in Medchal, Medchal Malkajgiri, at one of the most established chit fund companies in India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience in field collections (Mandatory skill), ensuring timely recovery of payments from clients and maintaining high collection efficiency.
- Proven track record in business development (Mandatory skill), proactively identifying and acquiring new customers to drive branch growth.
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management processes to enhance customer retention and build trusted long-term associations.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with a diverse client base, colleagues, and management, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all exchanges.
- Proficiency in documentation with attention to detail, maintaining accurate transaction records and compliance with company policies.
- Goal-oriented attitude with the ability to achieve targets consistently in a challenging and dynamic environment within defined timelines.
- Good interpersonal skills to manage customer interactions effectively, resolve concerns, and facilitate smooth business operations.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Carry out regular field visits to collect overdue payments from customers and ensure effective recovery with a customer-friendly approach.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by promoting company services and acquiring new clients in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update all transactional documents and customer records accurately as per company protocols and compliance standards.
- Meet individual and branch-level monthly and quarterly targets related to collections, new business generation, and other key performance indicators.
- Resolve customer issues and queries efficiently, maintaining a positive image of the company and ensuring prompt escalation where required.
- Collaborate with branch staff and management to streamline operational processes for improved efficiency and results.
- Stay abreast of competitive market trends, gathering field intelligence to report business opportunities and challenges to management.
