Job Overview
We are seeking a Lead Support Executive specializing in Digital Marketing for our Hyderabad location. This is a full-time position at a junior level, requiring a minimum of 1 year of experience. The role involves leveraging digital marketing strategies to enhance our financial solutions, engaging with customers, and fostering brand trust and loyalty.
Required Skills

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote Margadarsi Chit Fund's financial solutions.
- Engage with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs and suggesting suitable financial products.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and maintain customer interactions, ensuring a personalized and effective service experience.
- Participate in product pitching sessions, conveying the benefits and features of our services with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance digital campaigns and improve outreach efforts across different platforms.
- Analyze campaign data and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve service offerings.
- Provide multilingual support to customers across different states, ensuring communication is clear and effective.
- Work towards achieving set targets for customer acquisition and retention, driving company growth and reputation.
Required skills and qualifications
- Graduation or equivalent degree (B Sc, B Com, B. Tech, B.A, BBA and BCA).
- Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience working in a call centre or customer-support role.
- Female candidates are preferred.
