Responsibilities

  • Memorize scripts for products and services, and refer to them during calls.
  • Build positive relationships towards service, ensuring that all queries, and confirmations are handled appropriately.
  • Identify opportunities for more sales and revenue of the company’s available chit products at branch level, and seize opportunities to upsell when appropriate.
  • Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets for yourself and as a team member, and achieve all objectives for productivity, and quality.
  • Create and maintain record of daily problems and remedial actions taken, using call-centre database.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Graduation or equivalent degree (B Sc, B Com, B. Tech, B.A, BBA and BCA).
  • Minimum 0 – 6 Months Experience working in a call centre or customer-support role.
  • Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills.
  • Professionality in product pitching and convincing.
  • Tamil or Kannada language must to handle the customers.
  • Multi lingual has added advantage (Tamil, Kannada and English).
  • Experience in customer sales will be a key asset.
