Job Overview

The Human Resources Manager role at Margadarsi Chit Fund Pvt Ltd. is a mid-level, full-time position based in Chennai.   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Candidate should be a qualified MBA with HR specialization.

  • Manage and execute talent acquisition processes to attract and hire well-qualified candidates for various positions.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost employee morale and retention across all levels.
  • Ensure company-wide compliance with labor laws and HR policies, mitigating risk and aligning with best practices.
  • Utilize people analytics to identify trends, inform HR strategies, and support management in data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee the operation and administration of HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and reports.
  • Partner with management to develop and execute workforce planning strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Design and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR-related matters, promoting a positive workplace culture.
