Job Overview
We are seeking freshers for the role of Tele Call at our Bengaluru branch. This is a full-time entry-level position ideal for candidates with 0–1 years of work experience, offering the opportunity to start a career in financial services with one of the most trusted firms in the industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills (Mandatory skill) for clear interaction with customers over the phone and efficient information relay.
- Demonstrated ability of active listening (Mandatory skill) to understand customer concerns, answer questions, and provide accurate information.
- Basic computer skills (Mandatory skill) crucial for data entry, accessing relevant software, and maintaining digital records efficiently.
- Good time management skills to handle multiple calls, manage schedules, and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
- Ability to convince people and build rapport with potential as well as existing customers to drive engagement and satisfaction.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes to ensure smooth workflow and reporting.
- Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing financial products and telecalling best practices.
- Strong organizational skills for managing call lists, updating information, and following up on pending tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Initiate and receive outbound and inbound calls to existing and prospective customers to explain financial products and services.
- Actively listen to customer needs, respond to inquiries, and address concerns with professionalism and accuracy.
- Convince customers regarding the company's financial offerings and guide them through product benefits and features.
- Maintain systematic records of every customer interaction, ensuring data accuracy and protecting client confidentiality.
- Ensure timely follow-up with interested prospects and resolve queries to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with branch and support teams to meet individual and branch-level targets.
- Update and maintain call logs, feedback, and relevant customer notes for management review.
- Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to offer informed solutions and support business growth.
