Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Officer to join our growing team in Visakhapatnam (Kurmanapalem, Madhurawada). As a Junior level position, this full-time role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The successful applicant will be pivotal in fostering business growth and enhancing client relationships in alignment with the company’s customer-centric values. Candidate must and should have a minimum degree and ONLY MALE CANDIDATES ARE PREFERRED.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or a similar role in the financial services industry.
- Strong negotiation skills (Mandatory skill) essential for closing deals and maintaining favorable terms with clients.
- Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) for effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders and clients.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) (Mandatory skill) to manage and analyze customer interactions and data efficiently.
- Experience in new business development to identify potential opportunities and engage with prospective clients.
- Strategic planning abilities for developing and implementing comprehensive plans for business growth.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, client needs, and the performance of existing strategies.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual goals and responsibilities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop strategic business relationships with potential clients to drive new revenue streams.
- Work closely with marketing teams to create and implement cohesive growth strategies.
- Analyze current market trends and competitors to foresee opportunities for reaching new client bases.
- Manage client accounts proficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through quality service.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of client commitments and resolve any issues promptly.
- Participate in networking activities to research, present, and initiate new business prospects and partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value of company services.
- Report on progress towards individual and team targets, strategizing future business development plans.
