Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Business Development professional with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. This full-time role is based in Chittoor, Cuddapah, Proddatur, Ongole, Vedayapalem, and Nellore. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth and forming impactful strategic partnerships to support company objectives.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong data analysis ability to interpret complex data sets and drive decision-making processes (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in customer relationship management to maintain and enhance client relationships (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent communication skills for effective information exchange with clients and team members (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company objectives.
  • Draft and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential partners and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and financial metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support senior management in the execution of business development initiatives and campaigns.
