Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager/Senior Executive Accounts in our Group Company for Hyderabad location. This full-time, mid-level position is crucial for ensuring effective financial management within the company. The ideal candidate will manage various accounting functions and contribute to financial decision-making.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven expertise in taxation regulations (Mandatory skill) to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting including TDS and GST.
  • Solid experience in accounts payable and receivable management (Mandatory skill) for maintaining smooth financial operations.
  • Proficiency in Tally - ERP (Mandatory skill) for managing and organizing financial data effectively.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation and MS - Office also.
  • Experience in financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial data to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ability to prepare and manage budgets and forecasts, assisting in corporate planning and strategy development.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Preparation of Financial Statements and MIS Reports.
  • Qualification – MBA (Finance) (or) B. Com is essential.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting operations, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
  • Coordinate and oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to taxation and financial reporting.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes for prompt payments and collections.
  • Collaborate with auditors to facilitate periodic audits and implement audit recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain financial analysis tools to support budgeting and profitability assessments.
  • Provide support and insight into the company's financial decisions and undertake financial analysis tailored to senior management needs.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to optimize financial performance and business growth.
