Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Accountant Recovery Cum Development Officer to join our team in Tuni (Andhra Pradesh). This is a full-time position designed for individuals committed to advancing their careers in the financial services sector. The candidate will focus on managing accounts, fostering customer relationships, and contributing to business development goals. Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in handling accounts payable (Mandatory skill) to ensure timely payments and manage vendor relationships.
• Strong skills in customer relationship management (Mandatory skill) for maintaining long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively convey information to clients and stakeholders and ensure clear and effective dialogue, active listening, and prompt response to inquiries and concerns.
• Experience in managing accounts receivable to ensure accurate and timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Ability to provide audit support by preparing comprehensive financial reports and documents.
• Must have skills in debt recovery to manage and recover delinquent accounts effectively.
• Understanding of general ledger processes for accurate financial reporting and transaction handling.
• Business development skills to identify new opportunities and strategies for company growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
• Cultivate relationships with customers to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular audits and provide necessary support for financial reporting and compliance.
• Implement strategies for debt recovery and manage delinquent accounts to minimize financial risk.
• Maintain accurate financial records and update the general ledger with detailed transaction data.
• Identify business development opportunities and contribute to the implementation of growth initiatives.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and service delivery.
• Prepare regular reports on financial performance, recovery status, and development outcomes to management.
