- Candidate will work under the Head of New Business Development to plan and execute the Marketing strategy of MarcopoloExisting Clients:- Regularly visit existing clients to discuss and plan for upcoming projects, as well as share updates on existing project status and latest developments- Coordinate with internal manufacturing teams to take status updates of ongoing projects, ensure project timeline is on track, and communicate necessary information to clientNew Leads:- Identify and map new potential clients by geography and industry; Profile their presence and product offering- Conduct cold calling and messaging via various platforms to generate leads; Create a central repository of leads for active CRM- Meet with new leads and follow up closely to ensure conversionOther Responsibilities:- Ensure data collection and consolidation on a daily basis for all activities- Create marketing plan for the company on online and offline platforms and execute- Track marketing parameters and create plan to improve performance

C- Design complete injection mould based on plastic part design files- Conduct DFM analysis, Mouldflow analysis, generate 2D drawings and release for manufacturing- Coordinate and collaborate with Tool Room and Vendor Development teams to provide high quality design files in given timeline- Have good knowledge of all parts of an injection mould, functionality and criticalities of each part, runner system, gating system, etc.- Ideally have experience of injection mould design for Automotive, Electronics, or Medical Device sectors- Be a quick learner and an efficient designer to deliver designs in short timeline- Design electrodes for machining work for tool parts- Software Knowledge: VisiCAD, Creo, Siemens NX, Mouldex 3D preferre
