RESPONSIBILITIES Assessment of new marketing and sales opportunities as well as presentation of those estimations to the respective management.Consultation of the clients regarding insurances, duties and taxes.Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations.Search for possibilities to reduce taxes.Maintenance of customer relations and participation in the organization's sales activities.Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of imports and exports.Meet with clients to support and grow sales volume.Knowledge of the details of the export business to ensure that government policies, labelling systems, transportation and payment laws are followed. REQUIREMENTSHe should be from Welding electrodes backgroundDegree in Marketing, (International) Business, Finance or any other related field.Understanding of the Welding Industry.Well-developed communicational skills and a customer orientation.Knowledge about budget management, international trade and taxations.Ability to easily comprehend and organize shipment processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES Design, plan and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies.Work with suppliers, manufacturers and internal departments.Maintain a database of approved suppliers.Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.Negotiate lower pricing.Search and source potential suppliers and vendors.Track, measure and analyze company expenditures.Oversee the recruitment, hiring and training of new staff.Determine and track KPIs.Provide reports for upper management.Adhere to laws, rules and regulations. REQUIREMENTS Previous working experience in Purchasing at any manufacturing facility..MBA in Business Administration, Logistics, or similar relevant field.Hands-on experience in budgeting and purchasing management.Superb communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.Outstanding negotiation skills.Problem solver with a strong analytical mindset.Outstanding organizational and time management skills.Excellent customer service skills.

Gaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams.Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance.Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.
