The ideal person for this role will have:
• A sales-driven, goal-oriented, self-motivated personality and a positive attitude. Should have an overall understanding of Lead Generation, Sales and Marketing for international market.
• It’s a cherry on a top if you have IT background.
• The desire to be a trailblazer for the development of the lead generation sales team, beginning as an individual contributor.
• Sourcing qualified leads from different platforms to set up business meetings over PAN India.
• Goal is to set up meetings with IT companies (B2B leads) for collaboration and partnership for C2H model.
• Using different methods to generate lead and taking proactive follow-ups.
• Must have an understanding of LinkedIn as a platform and have used Sales Navigator before.
• Demonstrates a sophisticated use of existing marketing content to generate and nurture leads. Meticulously tracks engagement in our CRM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills with proven ability to craft client-ready correspondences.
• Should have Email marketing and calling skills to generate prospects.
• The total number of leads brought will be a key performance metric for you. Target will be based on the quality leads you generate.
• A love of structure, process, and documentation.

• Should be open to debates, brainstorming and be able to bring new ideas to the table.
• Previous Work experience in Lead Generation would be preferred.
