Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive for our Indore location. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with up to 1 year of work experience. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client engagement. You will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our financial services.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Salesforce for managing customer relationships and sales activities (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong client engagement abilities to maintain and develop lasting relationships with clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong conflict resolution skills to handle customer issues diplomatically and professionally.
  • Competence in account management to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Proficient in negotiation to achieve beneficial outcomes for both clients and the company.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's presence in the financial market.
  • Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to develop actionable insights for business strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Report regularly on sales activities, progress, and potential challenges to senior management.
