Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive for our Indore location. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with up to 1 year of work experience. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client engagement. You will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our financial services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce for managing customer relationships and sales activities (Mandatory skill).
- Strong client engagement abilities to maintain and develop lasting relationships with clients (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Strong conflict resolution skills to handle customer issues diplomatically and professionally.
- Competence in account management to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Proficient in negotiation to achieve beneficial outcomes for both clients and the company.
