Job Summary

We are seeking a courteous and attentive Valet Parking Attendant to provide guests with a smooth and welcoming arrival and departure experience. The ideal candidate will handle vehicles safely, assist with guest needs, and contribute to delivering an exceptional overall dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive guests warmly and assist in parking their cars appropriately.
• Place home delivery menu cards in guest vehicles when required.
• Request valet tag from guests during check-out.
• Match valet tag or car number with the corresponding key tag number.
• Retrieve guest vehicles promptly and bring them to the entrance.
• Stand beside the driver’s door and hand over keys to guests with a smile.
• Ensure all guest interactions contribute to a complete and pleasant “whole meal experience.”

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Previous valet or customer service experience in hospitality is preferred.
