 MBA/ Degree with minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in marketing, should be well versed in BTL & ATL activities. Age below 35.


l Responsible for setting up CRM software in new stores and training staffs to carry out CRM operations in the store.

l Brief store staffs about CRM operations, benefits and make them understand the importance of generating in-store data for CRM.

 

l Generate overdue reports and coordinate with stores to clear them.

l Add digital data into CRM and coordinate with the stores to start working on them.

l Work on call center generated data and push them to stores CRM.

l Manage Bharath Matrimony leads and send them to stores for further follow up.

l Monitor CRM activities of the entire region and coordinate with all stores for a swift operation of CRM in the region.

l Generate digital and other campaign related reports as and when required and provide it to the stores.

 

l Find new ideas and work with the IT team for implementation of the same.

l After implementing new options in CRM, arrange meeting with the CRM staffs of the stores to train them about the same.

 

l Responsible for solving system issues/errors or complaints received from the stores related to performance of CRM software and get them resolved with the help of IT Dept.

 

l Validate bills closed by the stores & find out discrepancies in order to maintain a healthy competition across the region.

 

l Ensure if all the lead sources are active or not.

 

l Update the CRM Lead Management Google Sheet by coordinating with the stores.

 

l Generate marketing team’s performance report and provide them to store heads as and when requested.

 

l Responsible for providing data from IT team as and when requested by store heads.

 

l Generate in-store campaign wise reports and provide them to the stores when required.

 

l Monitor all the stores on a daily basis to keep them active on CRM.
