Accountant Duties and Responsibilities:

• GST Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B with GST portal and Filing of Returns.
• Preparing the outstanding list of Debtor & making Payment follow-up.
• Following up with the supplier for bills.
• Provides financial information to management by researching and analysing
• accounting data; preparing reports.
• Preparing reports on accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintaining database of purchase, sales, payment, receipt & journal voucher.
• Preparing Purchase Order, Sales Invoice, credit note, debit note, Challan & E-way bill.
• Maintain day to day accounts and reporting to the senior management.
• Payment Processing and Verification of Invoices.
• Maintenance of Book of Accounts i.e. Cash Book, Bank Book, and Debtor’s &
• Creditor’s Ledgers etc.
• Calculating and Checking to Make Sure Payments, Amounts and Records are Correct.
• Maintaining the record of Purchase and Sales
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial
• information confidential.
• Secures financial information by completing database backups.
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and
• procedures.
