B) Training: IRDAI Training, Insurance basic, Company products & investments, Team Recruitment & handling

C) Awards & Certificates: Performance based Awards & Certificates

To advance in his or her career as a Business Development officer and to a higher level of leadership as a Senior Business Development Officer, a Sales officer must meet the set requirements.

After successfully completing their training as a sales officer, they will be promoted to the position of business development officer, which pays an income of upto 25,000 a month. BDO's everyday tasks include team management and recruitment.
