Data Sourcing & Management

Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like Linkedin, Google Search, Yelp, Local, etc. of the decision maker of companies in the business of E-Commerce, Restaurants, Web Design Agencies, Tours and Travels, RealEstate, Pharma.

*

Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization.

Managing freelancing accounts and client follow-ups

*

Manage company’s freelancing accounts on freelancing sites such as UpWork, Toptal, and Codeable.

*

Follow up with existing & new clients for business opportunities.

*

Maintaining a good relationship with all clients by timely follow-up and updates.

Sales Meetings

*

Preparing for meetings via structured research about the target client.

*

Having effective sales meetings in order to :

Understand the Needs/Desire/Problems of the client

*

Position MagniGeeks as the best choice for the client

*

Generate requirements for the project from the client.

Sales Proposals

*

Create a presentation based on the client’s requirements.

Co-ordinate with the operations team to generate proposals and send to the client after finalization.

Sales Conversion

Negotiate WIN-WIN Deals.

Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines.

Client Coordination

*

Write professional emails to record all discussions with the client.

*

Be the interface between the client and the operations team from contract to the completion of the project.

Salary: ₹8,086.00 - ₹17,859.87 per month
