Job Summary:
The person should be highly capable of managing Business Development Associates with the Advanced CRM Tools and Plan-Do-Check-Act Approach to achieve the company’s sales & service monthly goals in the territories and specific products assigned to him.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. With the help of CRM, periodically manage the entire Sales Funnel (Leads, Deals and Customers) and Apply PDCA based Daily review with Business Associates related to their respective products to make them push the Leads/Deals to the next progressive stage by reviewing the Sales Visit, Demos, Quotations are organized properly by CCE and BDA with Dealers are on the track in execution towards the goal.
2. Periodically review the Call Centre Executives are promptly responding to the Sales/Support Calls/Emails received from the Customers/Leads and Responses related to the product.
3. Periodically Review whether the Product-Market Fit is attained and conduct the weekly customer feedback meetings with CFT Team to feedback the customer requirements/complaints regarding the Specific Product to the Design/Manufacturing team.
4. Arrange Periodical Product Based Sales/Service trainings for the BDA/Dealers to empower them with positive thoughts and Enhance their skillsets in Sales & Service.
5. Prepare and Maintain Product Oriented User Manual, SOP’s, Brochure, Videos and Marketing Communication Materials related to the Specific Product.
6. Travel and Meet the BDA, Dealers and Potential Customers periodically and make them aware of the complete product details.
7. Get complete technical and commercial knowledge about the product and constantly learn on a daily basis to improve his skills related to the Sales, Marketing and Product.
8. Participate in Networking Forums, Exhibitions and Group Activities to generate new leads with active networking.
9. Coordinate with Digital Marketing Team to maintain the digital presence for the product that they handled.
10. Attend the Saturday WRM conducted by BDM and Update the Sales, Marketing and Service Status related to the specific product.
Skills Required:
1. Should be Graduate and have good sales and marketing skill. 2. Should have minimum 3+ Years of Experience in Sales & Service Field with Effective Sales Team management.
3. Should have good interpersonal skills to easily engage with the new leads/customers and maintain good relationships.
4. Should be a Constant learner and open to learning new things in Sales, Marketing and Product Technicalities.
5. Should have Good Communication Skills in English and their own Territorial language.
6. Should be Humble, Patient and Polite in dealing with
customers.
