Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior New Product Development Manager to join our team in Coimbatore. This is a full-time position focused on leading the development and innovation of groundbreaking products in the jewelry machinery industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in product lifecycle management, team leadership, and design thinking, and will drive product development with a hands-on approach.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in product lifecycle management to guide products from concept to market launch, ensuring alignment with company objectives (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the development of prototypes and oversee testing phases to ensure product quality, reliability, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Drive product innovation through continuous research and development efforts, exploring new technologies and methodologies for improved solutions.
• Cultivate a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team, fostering an environment that encourages idea generation and continuous improvement.
