Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Creative Designer and Video Editor to join MagikKraft's dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This full-time position is ideal for a fresher who is passionate about blending creativity with technology in the construction industry. You will work closely with our innovative team to produce engaging multimedia content that enhances our brand's visibility and impact.

Your Role

• Create videos, reels, and visuals for campaigns and social media
• Contribute to brand guidelines, visual identity, and tone
• Use AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, etc.) for creative experiments
• Design marketing materials, pitch decks, and digital assets

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on creative experience
• Proficient in Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools
• Strong sense of design, motion, and storytelling
• Interest in AI generative design tools

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is essential for producing high-quality video content that aligns with project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Ability to efficiently utilize Canva for creating visually appealing graphics for social media and other digital platforms, ensuring consistent brand presence.
• Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) to develop innovative and precise designs that support the visualization capabilities of our platform.
• Strong skills in visual storytelling to creatively convey project stories and company values through multimedia formats.
• Solid background in graphic design to conceptualize and execute creative concepts that enhance marketing and educational materials.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles to contribute to user-friendly interface designs that elevate the overall user experience with our platform.
• Experience or interest in using Midjourney tools to explore advanced creative solutions and apply innovative design processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.

• Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high level of quality and consistency across all media.
• Utilize basic CAD skills for certain design projects that require integration with our technological platforms for visual solutions.
• Participate in UI/UX design efforts to ensure our platform remains intuitive and accessible to a diverse range of users.
• Research and stay updated on the latest trends in multimedia design and technology to continuously improve and innovate our content strategies.
