About the Job


  • Liaise with internal teams to plan training delivery for current and future business needs & deliver trainings on various modules within the agreed timelines
  • Partner with business to curate various learning programs or certifications
  • Apply new age learning methods like E-learning modules, gamification and quizzes
  • Proactively identify development areas, communicate timely feedback and partner on developing detailed learning plans to meet internal quality standards
  • Support business in analysing trends for errors and queries and bridge the same through innovative learning approaches
  • Support business teams and new hires through their journey to competence
  • Be an internal Quality Assurance specialist to drive the internal quality purpose
  • Support with production for 50% of your time or basis business need
  • Assist with process documentation and performance tracking for the business
  • Contributes to special projects or business process improvement initiatives, as appropriate
  • Ensure adherence to policies & procedures as per organization’s standards and laid out SOPs
