ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the Audit practice to execute Statutory Audit/ Indian GAAP/ IFRS /US GAAP accounting services and related services for clients
• Candidate is expected to work closely with the Director / Partner to build client relationships (Leadership interaction)
• Hands on Statutory audit experience is mandatory. 
• Build and manage a team of Audit professionals

Requirements:

• Ctc 20 - 39lacs
• Must Be a qualified CA (Max. 5 attempts)
• Experience For Associate Director / Sr. Manager : 9-13 Years in statutory audit
• For Manager: 6-9 Years in statutory audit
• Must have INDIAN Statutory Audit Experience
• Communication Skills- Strong as this is a client facing role
• Candidates should have enlisted the names of clients on their CV’s very clearly.
• The Process could be very fast (1 or 2 rounds) for some positions.
• Be willing to travel within India or abroad for continuous/ long periods of time
• Have the ability to work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions
• Global statutory audit experience shall NOT be considered.
• Profiles with global practice experience will be considered if the global practice experience is 6- Months or less. (Screen reject)
