Job Overview

M2K Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer for a full-time position at the mid-level. The role is based in Delhi, Gurgaon, or Noida. The selected candidate will demonstrate extensive expertise in civil engineering, aligned with our commitment to quality and service excellence. A professional background with 4 to 6 years of experience is required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in civil engineering with at least 4 years in the field.
• Ability to estimate costs accurately and efficiently, ensuring projects are aligned with budgets and financial constraints.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction safety measures, standards, and regulations (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in contract administration to manage agreements effectively and ensure compliance with commitments (Mandatory skill).
• Competence in site management for overseeing daily operations and ensuring projects meet safety and quality standards (Mandatory skill).
• Capability to implement quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards of construction and compliance with industry regulations.
• Proficiency in structural design to create safe, efficient, and sustainable building solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and team members.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Manage and administer contracts, negotiating terms and conditions while ensuring adherence to contractual agreements.
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets to guide financial planning and resource allocation for projects.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure construction integrity and safety.
• Develop and revise structural designs to improve functionality and sustainability of projects.
