Qualification:

• Master of Engineering in any mechanical-related Specialization
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in engineering colleges.

Skills Required:

• Should possess good subject knowledge in all the Mechanical Subjects
• Skills and abilities in content development, lesson plan creation, and specifically, should know how effectively an eLearning module should be presented from a learnability point of view.
• Ability to engage with diverse people to prepare visual content.
• Must be strong in written English and verbal communications.

Job Description:

• Responsible for preparing the technical and engaging educational content in accordance with the university syllabus and its core objectives with solid Instructional Design & Visual impact.
• Work closely with the team members in creating an engaging technical tutorial based on the concept and context.
• Expertise in reviewing, editing and validating the accuracy of the technical content.
• Must ensure the animation is appropriate and engaging.
• Should provide content based on instruction design techniques and strategies.
• Create question banks and assessments relevant to the subject.
