Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various IT positions.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with department heads for further evaluations.
- Manage job postings on various platforms and update current job openings within the company's career portal.
- Maintain and update the database of applicants and ensure all information is accurately captured.
- Support HR managers in designing strategies to source and attract high-quality candidates.
- Participate in campus recruitment drives and job fairs to promote internship and full-time opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze recruitment metrics and assist in improving hiring processes.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and provide necessary resources and support to integrate them into the company.
