JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals.
- Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and present the company's products or services in a compelling manner to secure sales.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide excellent customer service, address queries, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a regular basis. Implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the company's CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports and present them to the sales manager as required.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
