Roles and Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, providing product information and guidance in the showroom.
• Identify clients' needs, demonstrating suitable options and solutions accordingly.
• Drive the sales process from lead generation to conversion, achieving sales targets.
• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Assist in inventory management and keep showroom displays attractive and orderly.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to implement and manage promotional plans and activities.
• Provide feedback and insights on sales trends, customer preferences, and market demands.
• Continuously develop product knowledge to stay updated with industry trends and innovations.
