We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with a proven track record in driving paid growth across digital channels for eCommerce or product-based brands. The ideal candidate is data-driven, strategic, and has hands-on experience in managing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads.You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and ROI.<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Plan and manage end-to-end paid marketing campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and remarketing platforms.</li><li>Conduct regular campaign analysis and A/B testing to improve ROI, CAC, CTR, and CPA.</li><li>Manage monthly budgets, ad spends, and ensure cost-efficiency with strong performance metrics.</li><li>Work closely with the creative, content, and product teams to generate compelling ad creatives and messaging.</li><li>Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, Amazon Seller Central, etc. for reporting and insights.</li><li>Monitor customer funnels and optimize landing pages in collaboration with web and UI teams.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform algorithm changes.</li></ul><h3>Key Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.</li><li>2+ years of experience in performance marketing within an eCommerce or D2C product-based company.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital media buying, retargeting, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace advertising tools.</li><li>Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Excel/Google Sheets, Hotjar, etc.</li><li>Strong analytical and communication skills with a passion for results.</li></ul><h3>Good to Have:</h3><ul><li>Experience with email automation, affiliate marketing, or influencer marketing platforms.</li><li>Working knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategies.</li><li>Experience in managing performance dashboards and attribution models.</li></ul>
