• Qualification CA / CMA
• 4 - 7yrs Experience into Same Profile
• Prior relevant experience in Manufacturing sector is mandatory
• SAP CO Module familiarity
• Early joiners are highly preferred
• This is a 6 Days working, Work from office role
• Interview process- Technical, Manager, HR round (Virtual rounds), Last round would be F2F

Job Description

Job responsibilities:

Controlling / Reporting

• a) Ensure the books closure on time: On Time Delivery
• b) Monthly release of Management: Dashboad for the review
• c) Fixed Cost / Department wise variable cost tracking + RM/ Consumables Material Balancing
• d) Proactively Involve in the WCM Activity of the plant and validation of WCM Projects.
• e) Perform Cost benefit analysis thus helping management for quick decisions. 
• f) To Assist in the year end Budgeting exercise.
• g) Automate the process digitally by working closely with the IT team

 CO Module

• a) Upload of Budget in the CO Modules.Variance Analysis
• b) More involvement in to SAP CO module 
• c) Analysis of Variances populated in the SAP CO Module & educate users for better reporting

Inventory

• a) Good control over WIP&FG Inventory (Perform sanity checks for accurate reporting) Accuracy
• b) Inventory Valuation to be done quarterly
• c) Physical verification of RM / Stores & Spares inventory - Perpetual / (WIP+FG) Twice a year
• d) Identify Slow / Non-moving inventory and initiate action for clean up/provision
• e) Exercise control over the material code creation and PO release.

Fixed Assets

• a) Physical Verification of Fixed Assets with a clear report on Verification. Accuracy
• b) Monthly Report on the Movement of Fixed Assets including CWIP / Capital Advances.
• c) Monthly Capex Monitoring Report

Other Finance Support

• a) Co-ordinating with India Region Insurance team for Insurance claims
• b) Co-ordinating with Legal and Plant commercial team for Indirect Tax related quries.
• c) Co-ordinating with SSC on the GL review (AP & AR)

Internal Controls / Audits

• a) Conduct regular process audits and report for any deficiencies.

Internal Controls

• b) Conduct regular meeting with the Team on ICRF (Internal Control) 
• b) Assist on any support related to new process.
