We are looking at a young graphic designer who wants to work in the premium and luxury space. As with any good design role, there are no set rules or boundaries that you are limited to at Smytten.They should conceptualize campaigns and execute eye-catching and professional designs. With the desire to learn organizational and business values, they should be able to determine the requirements and produce exceptional work.

About Roles and Responsibilities

• On Smytten, every article comes with its own stunning magazine cover. So you'll be spending a lot of your time designing luxury covers for a myriad of topics in the premium and luxury space.
• Design illustrations, graphics, community creatives with adaptations, commerce creatives and other materials as required, eMail designs, social media posts, website landing pages, in-app assets, blog posts and anything else that you believe will further the brand in the digital space.
• Being a startup, there will also be an ad-hoc need for offline design properties for events, fairs etc. We'd love someone who can visualize the brand presence offline with a great design application.
• what constitutes good copy. Other responsibilities: Packaging design, video editing, illustrating.
• Be a great team player and coordinate with other design teams to seek and provide design assistance.
• Use proficient creative software skills to create a variety of static and motion graphics for communication design.
• Understand how creatives are performing via analyzing performance data, and incorporate the same understanding into subsequent creatives.

Required Skills:

2 - 6 years of experience in Graphic Designing and Video Editing, short video clippings.

Experience in photoshop and illustrator are mandatory.

Someone who has worked on E-Commerce Website and App, Social Media Pages, Community Posts and Banners.

Experience in Graphic Designing and Video Editing, short video clippings.

Good practical experience with industry-leading software and technologies, such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and so on. 

Good Verbal and Written Communication.     

Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, fine arts, communications, or related field

Location- Bangalore(Rajaji Nagar). 5 days working from office and alternate Saturdays are working. Candidate should be comfortable with the location.

Note- We have 3 months Probation and 9 Months bond tenure in which if any candidates leaves without any genuine reason(Any medical emergency or any unavoidable circumstances), they would be liable to pay the compensation of remaining months. For example if they leave from 10th month from their joining they would be liable to pay the compensation of remaining 2 months( 2 * Basic Pay).
