Job Overview

Huemn is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Wedding Decor Designer to join our team on a full-time basis at our Hyderabad location. This role is tailor-made for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. You will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing stunning decor for weddings, transforming visions into breathtaking realities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in event design software is mandatory for creating detailed and customizable decor plans tailored to specific client preferences.
• Skilled in floral arrangement (Mandatory skill) to creatively integrate natural aesthetics into wedding decor, ensuring harmonious design with the event theme.
• Experience in vendor coordination (Mandatory skill) for sourcing materials, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely delivery of decor elements and supplies.
• Capability in budget management to efficiently allocate and track expenses, ensuring cost-effective decor solutions without compromising quality.
• Proficiency in using 3D visualization tools to provide realistic previews of decor setups, aiding in effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Expertise in lighting design to enhance atmospheric ambiance, incorporating innovative lighting techniques that suit various themes and event settings.
• Space planning skills to maximize venue potential, designing layouts that facilitate smooth guest flow and optimized use of space for decor elements.

• Oversee the setup and takedown of all decorations, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail throughout the wedding event.
• Maintain an organized repository of design materials and resources, keeping abreast of emerging decor trends and innovative ideas.
• Provide on-site supervision during events to address any decor-related issues, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
