Key Responsibilities

• Perform color correction and color grading on a variety of video content (films, ads, music videos, documentaries, etc.).
• Collaborate with editors and directors to establish and maintain a visual tone and style throughout a project.
• Match shots for color consistency across scenes and camera angles.
• Apply creative looks, LUTs, and stylized treatments as needed.
• Prepare and deliver final color-graded masters in required formats and resolutions.
• Maintain proper workflow standards, including backup and color space management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to color or footage formats.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a video colorist or similar post-production role.
• Proficient in software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, Baselight, or similar.
• Solid understanding of color theory, scopes, LUTs, bit-depth, HDR/SDR, and camera log profiles.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into visual storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cinematic color grading for short films or commercials.
• Familiarity with RAW workflows (RED, ARRI, Blackmagic).
• Basic knowledge of editing, VFX, or sound design is a plus.
