As a Technical Support, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our customers and resolving their technical issues. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience. The employment type for this role is full-time.

• Document and communicate customer feedback and suggestions to the product development team
• Contribute to the development and improvement of our knowledge base and support resources
