As a Technical Support, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our customers and resolving their technical issues. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Roles and Responsibilities

- Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Document and communicate customer feedback and suggestions to the product development team
- Contribute to the development and improvement of our knowledge base and support resources
