Job Overview

Huemn is seeking a Junior Sr UX UI Designer to join our team in Hyderabad. In this full-time position, you will play an essential role in crafting intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our studio management tech tools. Your focus will be on enhancing user experience through superior design, engaging interaction, and high usability standards, helping us continue to deliver cutting-edge solutions to photographers and studios.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong proficiency in visual design, ensuring that all user interfaces are both attractive and functional while maintaining consistency. (Mandatory skill)
• Deep understanding of information architecture to create clear and intuitive structures that direct users naturally through the product. (Mandatory skill)
• Expertise in FIGMA to design, prototype, and collaborate effectively with team members across different stages of the development process. (Mandatory skill)
• Capability in wireframing to outline and convey your design ideas effectively before the final design stage.
• Skills in prototyping to visualize future components and provide realistic interpretations of products before development.
• Proficiency in interaction design, creating engaging interfaces with smooth interactions tailored to user needs.
• Experience in usability testing, identifying user experience challenges and iterating on designs to improve them.
• Competency in Adobe Creative Suite for creating design elements that contribute to compelling UX/UI design.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly and engaging user interfaces that align with Huemn’s brand vision and the user experience goals of products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to understand requirements and transform them into design solutions.
• Conduct user research and testing to identify user needs and validate design decisions through an iterative design process.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are implemented to specifications and with high quality.
• Proactively suggest improvements and innovations in design to enhance usability and engagement across digital offerings.
• Maintain consistent design language across all projects and platforms to ensure a cohesive and professional look and feel.
• Stay informed on the latest industry trends and emerging technologies applicable to user experience and interface design.
