Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in Python (Mandatory skill) to develop scalable AI solutions with a comprehensive understanding of libraries and frameworks.
• Proficiency in TensorFlow (Mandatory skill) for designing and deploying deep learning models within our tech tools for enhanced performance.
• Strong foundation in Machine Learning (Mandatory skill) including supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms applicable to real-world problems.
• Hands-on experience with Deep Learning techniques such as convolutional networks and recurrent networks for handling complex datasets.
• Practical knowledge in MLOps for streamlining the machine learning lifecycle and improving team collaboration in production environments.
• Understanding of Natural Language Processing techniques to enhance client interaction tools through automated language understanding.
• Skills in Model Optimization to improve accuracy, reduce computation time, and increase efficiency in deployed models.
• Competence in Data Visualization to communicate data-driven insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders and enhance decision-making.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI components seamlessly into current processes and ensure optimal functionality.
• Maintain a focus on innovation by researching and applying the latest machine learning techniques to stay ahead in the industry.
• Efficiently manage and process large data sets to drive insights and validate the performance of developed algorithms.
• Mentor junior team members in best practices for model development and industry standards in machine learning to build a robust team.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI processes and systems to ensure clarity and continuity within the engineering team.
• Participate in design reviews and offer suggestions for improvements where machine learning can augment our platform’s usability and efficiency.
• Engage proactively with stakeholders to understand business needs and translated them into technical requirements for machine learning solutions.
