Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in talent sourcing with experience in identifying and attracting top talent to meet organizational goals (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven ability to efficiently schedule interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a smooth recruitment process (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in resume screening to evaluate potential candidates accurately and match them with suitable roles and responsibilities (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong capability in conducting effective Boolean search queries to identify and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems for maintaining a comprehensive database of candidate profiles and recruitment analytics.
  • Effective candidate screening skills to identify talent that aligns with company values and project requirements.
  • Adept at posting job vacancies on various platforms to attract diverse candidates with relevant skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and craft detailed job descriptions and specifications.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates using various channels.

  • Manage and coordinate interview schedules, ensuring timely and effective communication with candidates and panels.
  • Maintain and organize recruitment databases and Applicant Tracking Systems for efficient process tracking.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to refine strategies and enhance the overall efficiency of the hiring process.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment activities and outcomes.
