Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom Classic for editing and retouching wedding photos (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in performing color correction to achieve accurate and aesthetically pleasing colors (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in retouching techniques to enhance beauty and refine images while maintaining a natural look.
• Skill in batch editing to process large volumes of images efficiently without compromising quality.
• Competence in photo culling to select the best shots and ensure consistency throughout the album.
• Knowledge in image masking to isolate and emphasize subjects or elements for creative effects.
• Experience with digital asset management for organizing and archiving edited photos and raw files systematically.
• Attention to detail and creativity in ensuring the edited photos align with client expectations and brand aesthetics.

• Collaborate closely with photographers and clients to understand their vision and requirements for each wedding project.
• Edit and retouch wedding images with precision using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to deliver exceptional quality.

• Ensure all digital assets are properly cataloged and archived for future reference and easy retrieval.
• Work collaboratively within the team, contributing to group projects and meeting the studio's high standards for photo editing.
