Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, including mastery of its motion graphics capabilities (Mandatory skill).
• Extensive experience in Motion Design, showcasing expertise in creating visually dynamic and engaging assets (Mandatory skill).
• Strong Storyboarding ability, with a portfolio demonstrating effective visual storytelling and seamless transitions (Mandatory skill).
• Solid knowledge of 2D Animation techniques and principles applicable to product videos, demos, and marketing visuals.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro for editing and enhancing high-quality motion content.
• Demonstrated skills in Visual Storytelling, turning ideas into clear, meaningful sequences that communicate core messages.
• Creative Direction experience, guiding projects from ideation through execution while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Branding expertise, ensuring all graphics and animations are aligned with the company’s brand identity and visual language.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-impact motion graphic content for product demos, promotional videos, and social media marketing.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and UI/UX teams to translate complex concepts into compelling animated visuals.
• Lead storyboarding, conceptualization, and animation processes, ensuring seamless narrative flow and visual coherence.
• Apply creative direction to multimedia projects, providing expert feedback and maintaining design standard consistency.
• Enhance user experience by developing on-brand animated assets for the studio management platform and related material.
• Support and mentor junior designers, sharing best practices in motion design and animation workflows.
• Stay updated on industry trends, incorporating new techniques and tools to continually elevate design quality.
• Adhere to project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of motion design assets across all media channels.
