Job Overview
The Human Resources Intern at Huemn will play a vital role in supporting our dynamic HR operations. This full-time fresher position, based in Hyderabad, is designed for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience in HR or related fields. As an intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to various HR functions, contributing to our studio tech company’s growth and vibrant workplace culture.
Qualifications and Skills
- Recruitment Support (Mandatory skill): Ability to assist in managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Onboarding (Mandatory skill): Proficient at facilitating onboarding procedures, preparing documentation, and ensuring seamless integration for new hires.
- Interview Scheduling (Mandatory skill): Experience in coordinating interview logistics between candidates and interview panels efficiently.
- Employee Records Management: Accurately maintain and update personnel data in HR systems ensuring all staff information is current and confidential.
- Data Entry: High attention to detail when entering, updating, and verifying HR and recruitment records for accuracy and completeness.
- Time Management: Capability to prioritize multiple HR tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced tech environment supporting a growing team.
- Resume Screening: Effectively review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates best suited for open roles at various company levels.
- Talent Sourcing: Resourceful in using digital platforms and professional networks to identify and attract strong candidates to the studio tech field.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist HR team in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and supporting final hiring processes.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate scheduling for interviews and assessments, maintaining clear communication with candidates and interviewers to ensure timely proceedings.
- Manage and update employee databases, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance throughout all HR records.
- Monitor and update internal trackers for candidate pipelines and recruitment status to keep the team informed of progress.
- Support HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, policy updates, and process documentation tailored to the studio environment.
- Compile and analyze basic HR metrics to assist with decision-making and contribute to HR process improvements within the organization.
- Handle additional administrative duties as directed, contributing to the completeness and functionality of the overall HR operations team.
