This position is ideal for a fresher with 0 to 1 year of experience, offering an exciting opportunity to learn and grow within the design field. The internship is a full-time position, providing hands-on experience with our innovative studio management tools while collaborating with experienced professionals in the industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Figma for designing intuitive user interfaces and creating design systems (Mandatory skill).
- Advanced skills in User Research to gather and analyze user needs and preferences effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop for crafting visually appealing graphics and images (Mandatory skill).
- Knowledge in Sketch for creating smooth and consistent design elements and layouts.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe XD to design, prototype, and share engaging user experiences.
- Ability to create wireframes and mockups to visualize and iterate design concepts.
- Skills in prototyping to build interactive, high-fidelity prototypes and validate design concepts.
- Understanding of usability testing to ensure designs meet user expectations and improve usability.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing user interfaces using tools like Figma and Sketch.
- Conduct user research and usability tests to gather insights and refine design proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development of comprehensive design solutions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for user interface elements and features.
- Work on multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the visual design standards for the company.
- Participate in team meetings, design reviews, and contribute creative ideas to enhance project outcomes.
- Support the design team in executing graphic design tasks for various internal and client projects.
