Qualifications and Skills

• Oral Diagnosis (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to assess and diagnose various oral health issues with detailed care and accuracy, ensuring complete patient understanding and comfort.
• Restorative Dentistry (Mandatory skill): In-depth experience in restorative dental procedures, offering long-lasting solutions for patient needs with the latest techniques and materials.
• Patient Care (Mandatory skill): Dedicated to fostering positive patient experiences and trust through exceptional chairside manner, follow-ups, and personalized care plans.
• Treatment Planning: Demonstrated competence in developing customized dental treatment plans that consider both immediate and long-term patient health and wellness goals.
• Prosthodontics: Skilled in providing prosthodontic solutions such as crowns, bridges, dentures, and implants for functional and aesthetic restoration.
• Preventive Dentistry: Strong advocacy and implementation of preventive dentistry protocols to minimize risk of oral diseases and educate patients on best practices in oral hygiene.
• Laser Dentistry: Working knowledge of laser-assisted dental procedures for a range of soft and hard tissue treatments, improving patient outcomes and reducing recovery times.
• Dental Software: Comfortable using digital dental software for patient records, diagnostic imaging, treatment planning, and scheduling, contributing to an efficient workflow.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed oral examinations, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and medical histories.
• Deliver restorative dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and other treatments, adhering to industry best practices and safety standards.
• Provide continuous patient care, follow-ups, and guidance to ensure positive health outcomes and high patient satisfaction levels.
• Educate patients on prevention, oral hygiene, and best practices to reduce dental disease risks and promote lifelong oral health.
• Administer prosthodontic procedures and provide advanced solutions for tooth replacement and reconstruction as required.
• Utilize laser dentistry techniques where appropriate to enhance treatment outcomes and deliver minimally invasive care.
• Maintain accurate digital dental records, document clinical procedures, and ensure confidentiality consistent with clinic standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other specialists as needed, contributing to a supportive team environment and continuous improvement.
