Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Mandatory skill) is essential for developing and refining our visual content, ensuring consistency and impact across all channels.
• Expertise in visual storytelling (Mandatory skill) to communicate strategic brand messages and create emotionally engaging narratives through innovative digital campaigns.
• Strong experience in brand development (Mandatory skill), leading the creation and evolution of our unique visual and strategic identity in competitive marketplaces.
• Demonstrated ability in art direction, orchestrating creative concepts, and overseeing photo and video shoots with meticulous attention to detail across multiple platforms.
• Excellent project management skills to balance creative innovation with delivery timelines, stakeholder needs, and team resource planning for seamless execution.
• Proven experience in content creation, generating original and compelling visuals and messaging that resonate with target audiences and enhance our brand appeal.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative visual campaigns that reinforce Huemn’s brand and design standards for both internal and external communications.
• Develop and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and excellence across all visual touchpoints including digital, print, and multimedia presentations.
• Direct creative processes, from ideation through final production, collaborating closely with designers, photographers, and cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations in terms of quality and creativity.
• Mentor, inspire, and provide actionable feedback to creative team members, fostering growth and maintaining high morale across the department.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the visual narrative aligns with business goals and market positioning strategies.
• Stay current with design, technology, and photography trends to integrate emerging concepts and maintain Huemn’s position as an industry leader.
• Engage with stakeholders and executive teams to present concepts, strategies, and outcomes, incorporating feedback to refine creative direction.
