Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (Mandatory skill) for editing and finalizing video content to meet high quality and creative standards.
• Strong cinematography skills (Mandatory skill) with a keen eye for visual storytelling and shot composition.
• Experience with color grading using DaVinci Resolve to enhance the visual aesthetics and mood of the footage.
• Expertise in lighting for film to create desired atmospheres and illuminate scenes effectively.
• Ability to conduct aerial cinematography with drones to capture dynamic and captivating shots from various perspectives.
• Knowledge of camera rigging to ensure stability and fluidity of motion for different types of shots.
• Creativity and artistic flair to innovate and produce visually stunning content that aligns with brand identity.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with directors and creative teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute visual content projects.
• Operate and maintain camera equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition throughout production.
• Utilize advanced cinematography techniques to capture visually engaging and technically proficient footage.
• Coordinate with lighting technicians and other crew members to achieve desired visual effects and mood.
• Engage in post-production processes including editing, color grading, and adding special effects to polish final outputs.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of video files for easy access and distribution.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to continually improve skills and techniques.
• Implement feedback from stakeholders to enhance and align the final product with the project vision and objectives.
