• Create, optimize, and manage prompt engineering for AI models to improve the accuracy and usefulness of automated dialogue and recommendation systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to translate functional needs into scalable AI-driven features.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI and machine learning models, ensuring their smooth integration with the company's cloud-based systems.
• Analyze user data and platform usage patterns to identify opportunities for process automation and intelligent feature enhancement.
