We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Executive to drive sales and manage channel partners in Calicut.<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>Sales Targets &amp; Achievements:<ul><li>Achieve monthly sales targets for product categories at the branch level.</li><li>Ensure product-wise and category-wise sales growth.</li><li>Implement a sales activation plan ( brand positioning) to enhance product visibility and drive sales.</li></ul>Channel Management:<ul><li>Appoint necessary primary and secondary channel partners to meet business objectives.</li><li>Strengthen and expand dealer and distributor networks (ND &amp; WD) to improve market reach.</li><li>Monitor and improve the health of existing channel partners (dealers/distributors).</li><li>Plan for the expansion of reach in all town categories and ensure efficient channel partner management.</li></ul>Process and Performance:<ul><li>Achieve sales targets as per monthly commitments.</li><li>Manage reduction of ROD (Receivables Outstanding Days) in line with the set Norms</li><li>Conduct market and competition analysis to identify growth opportunities.</li><li>Lead and maximize team productivity in line with business goals.</li><li>Conduct sales admin tasks such as reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking.</li></ul>Team Leadership &amp; Development:<ul><li>Lead a team and provide mentorship and guidance on all business processes.</li><li>Track and nurture potential leaders within the team for future growth opportunities.</li><li>Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.</li><li>Foster strong interpersonal relationships among team members and ensure high employee engagement.</li></ul>Cross-functional Coordination:<ul><li>Ensure smooth collaboration between Sales, SS (Logistics), and Business Development Executive for efficient functioning.</li><li>Drive interdepartmental efficiency and optimal product distribution.</li></ul>Sales Promotion &amp; Market Expansion:<ul><li>Plan and execute promotional activities to boost product visibility and sales.</li><li>Expand reach in under-served and new market segments.</li><li>Identify and implement strategies to enhance market share in existing and new regions.</li></ul><h3>Key Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Experience:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on skin care or Cosmetic brands.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Proven experience in handling distributor networks and managing teams.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Strong understanding of stock management, distributor handling, and channel development.</li><li>Skills &amp; Competencies:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Excellent leadership and team management skills.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Analytical mindset with the ability to track sales performance and market trends.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">High levels of drive and motivation to achieve and exceed targets.</li><li>Other Requirements:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Willingness to travel within the assigned area (Kasargod to Malappuram)</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for reporting and data analysis.</li></ul><h3>What We Offer:</h3><ul><li>Competitive salary with performance-linked incentives.</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and development.</li><li>A collaborative and dynamic work environment.</li><li>Employee benefits and wellness programs.</li></ul> Interested candidates can apply by submitting their resume along with a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and achievements.
