Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team at Lord Krishna Builders Pvt Ltd. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy compliance. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Thrissur, Kerala, India, and it is a full-time employment opportunity.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role, with 4 to 6 years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) will be a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics and trends.
- Manage the compensation and benefits program, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
- Stay updated on current HR trends and practices, and recommend improvements to enhance the HR function.
